Strategic Safety Solutions Inc. will track all aspects of your safety program through weekly scheduled visits by our qualified staff. Every month we will perform worksite safety inspections, hold safety meetings, facilitate safety committee meetings plus complete any required Workers Compensation Board (WCB) documentation accident/incident investigations.

Our qualified staff can assist with the development of your occupational health and safety management system. Working with you we can develop a specifically tailored safety manual; creating company-specific safe work practices, job procedures and policies. Based on the COR audit guidelines we can create well-defined hazard assessments that are custom designed for your organization. Your health and safety management system will meet all applicable legislative requirements and standards.

We will be able to work with your employees to train them with their specific requirements under the Alberta Occupational Health & Safety legislation and within your safety program, with things like:

• Hazard identification and control
• Workplace health and safety inspections
• External safety vendor assistance e.g. ISNetworld, Avetta and ComplyWorks
• SECOR and COR Auditing requirements
• WHMIS and TDG compliance
• Accident / incident investigation with corrective action development and implementation

We offer assistance with WCB compliance. That can include report details, disability claims management, and develop effective modified work / return to work program schedules.
